About the Role 

As a Cable Bolt Operator, you'll be responsible for safely delivering production targets across our underground operations. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable and experienced team in a collaborative environment focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of Sandvik (DS421’s / DS422i’s)
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
• Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams
• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

What You’ll Bring 

• Demonstrated experience as an Underground Cable Bolt Operator operating Sandvik (DS421’s / DS422i’s)
• QA/QC sampling experience
• I-Series (desirable)
• Service Truck Jacon experience (desirable)
• Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers’ licence (Essential)
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
• A team mindset and reliable work ethic
• Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
