About the role

We are looking for a Change Advisor to support the End to End (E2E) Programme of work – a multi- year endeavour to transform the way that data and technology are used to build orebody knowledge and to support planning and scheduling across the iron ore value chain.
This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with the E2E delivery leads and their teams to support the implementation of their changes. You will be supported through coaching and active development planning to build upon the early foundations of your change management career, and you will be able to flex your growing skills on a range of business challenges to continually improve the change management experience for E2E stakeholders.
Reporting to the Change Management Programme Lead, and working in a diverse and challenging environment, you will be;
- Thoroughly preparing and planning your change approach
- Identifying and documenting key stakeholders
- Managing the Change Impact Analysis – i.e. assessing the difference between the ‘as it’ and ‘to be’ states so that impacts on people, their roles and the processes they follow are clearly identified
- Assessing capability gaps and actions needed to build change readiness
- Writing impactful communications
- Managing the program’s SharePoint website pages
- Supporting workstream leads to consider the impact of their delivery on people that are receiving their changes
- Identifying and raising risks that may impede the delivery of change, or its success post go-live
- Supporting the continual improvement of the change management processes, and the change experience for receivers of change
What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Change Management, Psychology or Human Resource Management
- 3-5 years in change management/project delivery, ideally in a technology or operational environment
- Exposure to, or knowledge of, change models and theories (incl Prosci ADKAR, Lean Change, Kotter)
- Training planning, execution and delivery experience
- Engagement and communications planning/execution experience, including robust communication and negotiation skills
- Presence and influence across various levels of leadership
- Microsoft suite, incl, Sharepoint web pages
- Functional knowledge of Scrum or SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps is preferred but not essential
