About the Role

The Specialist Planner Electrical will report to the CHP Planning & Reliability Superintendent and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating work plans in accordance with the 1SAP Work Management. This role will be predominantly accountable for the CHP Electrical and High Voltage works.

This role works closely with theMaintenance Execution teams to ensure the area equipment is maintained safely and reliably as well as delivering continuous improvement to work plans.

This is a full time residential role working a Monday to Friday roster.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and communicate the 2 to 12-week maintenance plan by ensuring the right resources, materials, and labour is understood and available
  • Planning of maintenance work in accordance with the 1SAP work management process
  • Liaise with the required teams (internal and external) to ensure plans are understood and can be executed
  • Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders to embed / adjust process to support the process
  • Review, develop and execute improvement activities to foster the continuous improvement of the product delivered by the maintenance planning team. Develop and complete regular reporting activities
  • Improves SAP Master Data to embed Standard Work Packages into Task Lists.
  • Provides technical and system support to develop the broader team.
  • Monitors Condition Monitoring inputs to identify maintenance requirements not yet in 1SAP or opportunities to align bodies of work that were necessary for an asset, or asset class.

About You

  • Trade Certificate or Engineering background is preferable
  • Experience in High Voltage
  • Experience in Planning and Scheduling experience using SAP
  • Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
