Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The CHPP Maintenance & Contracts Supervisor will lead our Maintenance teams to execute planned maintenance in accordance with the site Health, Safety Management System. They will ensure all work is completed to specifications, quality and on schedule. While actively collaborating to improve asset management and reliability of the CHPP with assigned budgets.

To be successful in the role you will display the following skills adn attributes:
- Qualification in related discipline / Trade - Electrician /Boilermaker / Mechanical Fitting Trade
- Engineering Diploma (highly desirable)
- Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (surface)
- Current Australian Open Drivers License
- S1, S2, S3 & G2
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Able to apply problem solving techniques to equipment failures
- Fixed Plant knowledge desirable
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement strategies
- Demonstrate active field leadership
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy combined with the ability to quickly pick up new software programs
- SAP Maintenance Module knowledge including PTP and MPA modules
- Shutdown Coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills
