About the Role
We are currently seeking a CHPP Supervisor to work at the Maules Creek Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP). This role is accountable for safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP.
What you’ll Do
- Demonstrate safety leadership in the workplace, fostering OH&S awareness and promoting continuous improvement
- Ensure all shift records are completed in accordance with company procedures and policy
- Ensure all personnel receive appropriate induction and ongoing training
- Investigate and report incidents promptly, identify hazards and rectify in a timely manner
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated relevant experience in coal preparation activities
- Trade or tertiary qualifications desirable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Action oriented with good problem-solving abilities
