Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHPP day shift Electrical Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be the inspection and maintenance of the CHPP electrical infrastructure. On a daily basis you will undertake equipment inspections, manage maintenance and improvements and assist with installations.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices.
• Electrical trade qualification and hold a NSW qualified supervisors certificate or NSW contractor’s license
• Proven CHPP or other heavy industry experience.
• Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.
• Sound computer literacy.

Desired:

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC’s and CITECT SCADA
• Experience with high voltage access and switching.
• Experience in instrumentation.
