About the Role

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract opportunity based our Perth office. Reporting to the Superintendent Strategy and Planning your primary focus will be to provide essential commercial support across the Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) People Logistics and Village Operations portfolios.   

About the Role

  • Develop and manage detailed price and volume analysis for all aspects of the logistics portfolio including flights, accommodation and buses;
  • Monitor and track department spend, preparing monthly accruals and analysing variances;
  • Ensure compliance to contract pricing;
  • Facilitate and lead monthly, quarterly and annual cost reviews within People Logistics, working closely with Operations and Finance Business Partners;
  • Support in preparation of forecasts and annual budgets;
  • Prepare interdepartmental back charges on a regular basis with supporting justification for variances;
  • Responsible for raising purchase requisitions for material spend;
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction throughout the year to improve People Logistics financial position;
  • Perform detailed analysis to truly understand portfolio costs and drivers;
  • Presents at various levels of the business analysis findings and improvement recommendations
  • Support Superintendent People Logistics Strategy & Planning in other tasks and critical projects as required.
