About The Role
Maules Creek mine are seeking technicians who want to expand their experience into the world of mining communications, providing installations and maintenance on a large variety of technology. You will need to utilise your strong fault finding and problem-solving skills in a challenging environment which requires swift response times.
What You’ll Do
You will work collaboratively and independently towards delivering high quality solutions with:
- Various WIFI, CCTV, radio and wireless systems
- Site telecommunications
- Fleet monitoring systems + GPS
- Autonomous fleet networks
- Water pump networks + water tanks
What You’ll Bring
- Experience and technical skills in at least one area – IT networks, radios, telecommunications (we can teach the rest!)
- Ideally a trade qualification in Radio or Electronic Communications
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong problem solving/communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work day and night shifts
