About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor Operations Community Infrastructure, in this diverse role you will perform a range of property management activities that will support our Housing function, with a focus on allocation of permanent and temporary company housing.
This is a key role with a strong customer service focus enabling the Community Infrastructure team to meet their commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
This role is based in Newman and can be either residential (5/2 Roster) or fly in fly out (5/2 4/3 Roster)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety

- High level of data integrity and adherence
- Prepare properties for occupancy
- Routine inspections at occupied properties
- Property close out
- Manage transit accommodation schedule
- Maintain weekly cleaning schedule
About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- C Class drivers licence
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
- High level attention to detail and record keeping
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team office environment
