Key Responsibilities

  • The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for the review of oil samples and recommendations for improvement
  • You will be part of the centralised condition monitoring team, reviewing all oil samples and other information streams nationally to target interventions only when necessary.
  • Work with our data scientists to build smart monitoring solutions, including feedback into machine learning and AI tools to continuously improve.
  • Work closely with sites to deal with reoccurring issues to find sustainable cost effective solutions.
  • Improve the standard of sampling and mechanical knowledge within our field and site teams.
  • Work with regional teams and Force to implement processes to improve component life

You Will Have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering / related discipline or a nationally recognised mechanical trade qualification.
  • Experience in maintenance of heavy mobile earth moving equipment, in particular CAT, Hitachi and Komatsu;
  • Demonstrated experience in reliability analysis;
  • Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities;
  • High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to foster strong working relationships;
  • Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
