The Tritton Team is seeking an Underground Construction crew, to join the Mining Team.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Tritton Copper Operations employs more than 400 people and is located in Hermidale in Western New South Wales. Tritton has two underground copper mines (Tritton and Murrawombie).
Tritton is a key employer within the region and a proud supporter of the community. We are a residential mine that allows you to be home each night to either Cobar or Nyngan. Accommodation support is provided as well as company transport from both towns to the operation. Both Nyngan and Cobar are family friendly communities, with a variety of shops, gyms, and sporting activities as well as primary and high schools.

The Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Solid experience working in an underground mine and general mine services
- Knowledge and experience to operate heavy duty underground mine equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a current UHL license or willing to get one
- Prior experience with paste fill operations is beneficial
- Experience in installing and maintaining mine infrastructure
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, D&A and functional test.
- Extend water, air and pump services to areas where needed
- Move and install pumps
- Carry out paste fill operations
- Hand installation and grouting of cable bolts
- Installation of underground infrastructure
- Construction of ventilation walls
- Installation of remote operated equipment infrastructure
- Assist other U/G departments as required
- Experience in a Service Crew and/or Construction Crew position
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in underground mining
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Current drivers' license (manual)
