About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join Emeco in the capacity of Contract Administrator. This position is suited to applicants seeking a structured role within a stable and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Administer and maintain rental contracts by applying agreed terms, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring all relevant records remain accurate and current.
- Manage contract records within internal systems, documenting milestones, variations, correspondence, and approvals to provide visibility across the business.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to clarify contract terms, obligations, and deliverables, thereby supporting consistent service delivery.
- Provide assistance in the negotiation of contracts and variations.
- Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, and proposals, ensuring commercial documents are well defined.
- Assist in resolving payment discrepancies, invoice queries, and overdue accounts in alignment with contractual terms.
- Review and reconcile costs including back charges, mobilisation and demobilisation fees, off-hire events, and other recoverable charges.
- Contribute to the review of downtime records to ensure consistency with contract conditions.
- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly reporting, including KPI and rental reporting, in accordance with organisational requirements.
About You
Applicants will demonstrate:
- Experience in contract administration, preferably within a commercial, resources, or equipment hire environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate contract records and supporting compliance requirements.
- A methodical approach with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
- The ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Competence in the use of contract management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
