About the Role
Reporting to Superintendent Accommodation Operations, the Coordinator Accommodation Housing will be responsible for tenancy and property management in line with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
- Actively contributes to best HSEC practices, particularly in the areas of injury prevention, case management and escalation protocol compliance.
- Allocate property options within entitlement as outlined in policy
- Oversee the transition of residents and provide support in relation to critical or complex case management situations
- Lodge and manage QCAT disputes
- Maintain accurate financial information
About You
- Demonstrated commitment to Healthy Safety Environment Community
- Knowledge or understating of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
- Ability to address complex situations and resolve complaints through negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Conflict resolution
