About the Role

Reporting to Superintendent Accommodation Operations, the Coordinator Accommodation Housing will be responsible for tenancy and property management in line with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). 

  • Actively contributes to best HSEC practices, particularly in the areas of injury prevention, case management and escalation protocol compliance.
  • Allocate property options within entitlement as outlined in policy
  • Oversee the transition of residents and provide support in relation to critical or complex case management situations
  • Lodge and manage QCAT disputes
  • Maintain accurate financial information 

About You

  • Demonstrated commitment to Healthy Safety Environment Community
  • Knowledge or understating of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to address complex situations and resolve complaints through negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Conflict resolution
