About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Integrity Maintenance (AIM), Site Infrastructure, the role of AIM Coordinator will be fundamental in the ensuring defect remediation execution is adequately scoped, planned, scheduled and executed effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with quality management requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritise and coordinate all remediation scope for area of responsibility.
- Partnering with Supervisors and Contractors to prepare work scopes including timelines and resourcing requirements.
- Coordinating the engagement of resources for scope of works.
- Create the work packs.
- Capacity planning internal resources.
- Raise Engineering technical query notifications.
- Lead and participate in relevant infield scope verification.
- Identify, assess, and manage risk using BHP's risk management framework.
- Work closely with Asset Owners and Planning Functional support ensuring adherence to the Shut Management Framework.
- Review and approve contractor invoice claims.
About You
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to support a collaborative working team in maintenance, or a similar setting. You will have the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and adapt to change. You will be an individual that is highly focused on maintaining up to date information in conjunction with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvements through to completion.
- Current ‘C’ Class drivers licence is essential
- Previous 1SAP experience
- Microsoft project management would be highly advantageous
