ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is 12 month fixed term DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury 35 minutes and other nearby scenic communities.

As Coordinator Contract Management, you will Collaborate with site-wide stakeholders: Engineering, Environmental, Maintenance, and Operations personnel with embedment of the Worsley Contractor Management System of Work to maximise value - with a focus on improving safety, reducing cost, and increasing productivity.

Key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 
 
•    Deploy, sustain and enhance the Contractor Management System of Work
•    Support Governance and Assurance activities over the Contractor Management System of Work such that gaps and risks are identified and actioned accordingly
•    Provide support and coaching to end users of the Contractor Management System of Work
•    Provide SPA Leadership to On-contract Labour Hire Suppliers
•    Actively identify and drive HSEC and Cost improvements within the design and execution of the Contractor Management System of Work

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

•    Contractor Management Systems 
•    SAP/ Ariba / Purchasing /Work Management Systems
•    Prior leadership experience (>5yrs) managing Suppliers & Contractors at Worsley Alumina
