Mount Isa Mines are currently advertising an opportunity that exists for the role of Electrical Construction Officer. Reporting to the H.V Snr Coordinator, your primary responsibility is scoping, planning and working with the Engineering team to complete projects within the power distribution system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Working alongside engineering team to run H.V projects
• Scoping and planning upcoming works.
• The purchasing and Installation of equipment for project works.
• The organisation and supervision of contractors work.

• Trade qualification – Electrician with an equivalent Queensland Electrical License
• You will also have a flexible attitude and sound work ethic, have excellent time management skills    and the ability to achieve results within the specified time frames.
• A strong customer focus is required, as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to  work well within a team environment or with minimal supervision.
