About the Role 

We are seeking applications from experienced Health and Safety Coordinators to join our team and help influence the safety culture on site.  Reporting to the Project Manager these positions will work on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Brisbane and Sydney.

Key Requirements 

• Previous experience working as a Health and Safety Coordinator 

• Substantial understanding and working knowledge of Australian OHS legislation and industry standards 

• Facilitate and assist with collating and reporting safety performance data, and incident investigations 

• Strong understanding and capability in hazard identification, risk assessments and controls 

• Underground mining experience, and auditing qualifications (desirable) 

• Training and Assessing and ICAM Incident Investigation (highly regarded) 

• Tertiary health and safety qualifications or a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety 

• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
