Coordinator - Labour Support

The Macmahon team is currently extending an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Coordinator - Labour Support position for our QLD Maintenance Division. This initiative marks an expansion of our established labour services within Macmahon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Candidate Management: Efficiently fill high-volume job orders and respond swiftly to both client and candidate needs. Manage client relationships and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and interviewing candidates to onboarding and performance management. Ensure compliance and transparency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Rostering and Scheduling: Create and manage rosters to meet client demands and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, terminations, and addressing payroll and WHS issues.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts for multiple sites, maintaining and growing professional relationships with clients and casual employees. Conduct site check-ins, meetings, and monitor new starters.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Selling Services: Promote and cross-sell other services offered by the business to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing client accounts across multiple sites.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Screening resumes, qualifications, and experience of candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and site visits, including check-ins and meetings with new starters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and casual employees.
  • Growing and managing existing relationships to support business development
