We are looking for a MEM Maintenance Coordinator to join our inclusive and high performing teams in the Greater Nammuldi region.

Reporting to the Supervisor MEM and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment within a Mobile maintenance team you will be:

  • Supporting the MEM Supervisor in their day-to-day activities
  • Coordinating breakdown workloads including critical parts ordering
  • Ensuring compliance in documentation, breakdown code management
  • Coordinating the work management processes and ensuring work management hygiene
  • Lead the daily department meeting
  • Able to provide a proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
  • Develop strong safety leadership skill sunder the guidance of the supervisor 

What you’ll bring

  • A current driver’s license
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Work management experience
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Working knowledge of HME equipment, breakdown management experience
  • Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
  • Be highly self-motivated and being able to demonstrate a history of continuous improvement

Where you’ll be working

Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.

The Greater Brockman Operations consist of Brockman 2, Brockman 4, Nammuldi and Silver grass. Driving the latest technological advancements, the open-pit mines offer an avenue for opportunity and career progression.
