About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Coordinator Maintenance with the relevant skills and knowledge to manage the maintenance work plan requirements to enable execution teams to perform required maintenance activities to deliver production targets. The coordinator maintenance with work closely with the onsite planner and workshop supervisor and other support planners to deliver a robust execution plan. Success in the role is achieved through engagement with multiple stakeholders across the operations to ensure the integration of Maintenance and Production activities to deliver a single integrated plan, providing routine feedback to the MECoE to enable continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for the coordination of all maintenance activities for track machines as listed below:
- Ensuring the promotion of safe working conditions and adhering to safety processes and procedures within the work group;
- The overseeing of servicing requirements for all track machines and ensuring notifications in 1SAP are raised for faults identified;
- Liaising with external maintenance / servicing companies and ordering of critical tooling and parts;
- Liaising with contracting and labour hire companies, coordinating team safety meetings and contributing to contractor management meetings;
- Daily adherence to 1SAP / work management requirements, including time confirmations on planned and break-in work, raising and approving new work notifications.
- Responsible for processing work orders, reviewing weekly schedules, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring tasks are assigned the maintenance team.
- Responsible for coordinating work management supply and finance activities for the maintenance team, to enable the scheduling and delivery of planned work.
- Accepts accountability for week +2 work schedule including outstanding follow up actions, e.g. following up parts with Inventory Planner.
- Manages and adjusts work plan requirements within the +1 - +2 horizon, limiting modifications to essential changes driven by urgency.
- Participates in weekly Work Management meetings with MECoE.
- Confirms resources and material availability.
- Provides feedback to MECoE on draft schedules in a structured way to enable continuous improvement.
- Creates and modifies Master data when required.
About You

As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Experience in work managing multiple maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge in rail networks and/or rail equipment/track machines is highly regarded
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail whilst being able to work under pressure
- Strong IT literacy
- Proficient in SAP system, specifically in maintenance modules,
- Experience with the Maintenance Work Management process,
- Have strong organisational skills to complete tasks as required
