About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Maintenance Coordinator based within our Field Team – Whaleback Field Maintenance team on a 8/6 7/7 FIFO Roster.  

Reporting directly to the Field Superintendent Maintenance, this role will play a pivotal part in our plans to reshape maintenance.

Your duties will include:

  • Support the Field Maintenance team in the delivery of world class maintenance on a fleet of Excavator and Drill fleet
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisor to maximise their time in field
  • Build work management capability through coaching & mentoring and provide technical advice and support
  • Monitor work management metrics, identify gaps and contribute to the identification of gap closing actions
  • Ensure core work management business processes are implemented effectively
  • Contribute to BOS routines and continuous improvement opportunities

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following: •    Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through using your influence •    The ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment and build effective working relationships •    Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP) •    Experience in detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups •    Experience gained in a shutdown environment would be essential. •    Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
