Marketing Coordinator

 At Perenti Contract Mining we are passionate about the growth of our people and as a testament to this, we have an exciting opportunity available. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to bring their creativity and enthusiasm to our Marketing & Communications team. . Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications this role will see you work with a team of creative professionals to support internal and external communications and marketing projects.

This is a permanent role, based at our offices in Canning Vale. Occasional site travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct key internal stakeholder enquiries
• Merchandise purchasing, distribution and inventory
• Assist with design briefs and processing design requests
• Assist the Perenti Contract Mining Marketing and Communications team with internal and external marketing campaigns
• Uphold brand compliance and consistency
• Assist key stakeholder events (Recruitment, Graduate Program, Apprentices etc)
• Provide support at industry events including on the ground bump in and bump out
• Create engaging content creation for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Workplace by Meta including video and photo editing
• Monitor comments and activity on social media accounts
• Copywriting ad content creation for intranet, Workplace by Meta and iternal publications

Skill Requirements/Key Requirements Essential

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Self-motivated and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and Google.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Work within the Perenti Contract Mining principles

• Regular site travel required

Desirable

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing or relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP, WordPress and Workplace by Meta 
• Previous experience in a similar role
