We are looking for Coordinator Mobile Equipment Maintenance to join our inclusive and high performing Mobile Equipment Maintenance Team at West Angelas.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mobile Equipment Maintenance and working a FIFO 8 days on; 6 days off / 7 nights on; 7 nights off roster and be responsible for:
- Supporting the MEM Supervisor in their day-to-day activities
- Coordinating breakdown workloads including critical parts ordering
- Ensuring compliance in documentation, breakdown code management
- Coordinating the work management processes and ensuring work management hygiene
- Lead the daily department meeting
- Able to provide a proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
- Develop strong safety leadership skill sunder the guidance of the supervisor
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- A current driver’s license
- Work management experience
- Proficiency in SAP
- Working knowledge of HME equipment, breakdown management experience
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
- Be highly self-motivated and being able to demonstrate a history of continuous improvement

Where you’ll be working
Located 110km west of Newman, West Angelas operates on a fly in fly out roster from Perth, Broome and Busselton.
West Angelas is a pioneer in autonomous technologies – we were the first site to trial autonomous haul trucks and incorporate autonomous drilling into our operations in 2008, and we continue to have one of the largest mining fleets in the Pilbara.
Our high grade, low phosphorous Marra Mamba orebody is an integral part of the Pilbara Blend, contributing both lump and fines products on around four trains each day. At the West Angelas hub there are state-of-the-art power generation and refueling facilities. These facilities supply power and diesel fuel to the East Pilbara mine sites.
The future is bright at West Angelas with ongoing growth projects at Deposits C and D, as well as additional deposits under study providing enormous opportunities for personal development and career growth.
