We currently have opportunities available for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to step into a Coordinator role to support out high performing Mobile Equipment Maintenance teams across the Pilbara.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mobile Equipment Maintenance and working in a challenging and exciting environment within a Mobile maintenance team you will be:

  • Supporting the MEM Supervisor in their day-to-day activities
  • Coordinating breakdown workloads including critical parts ordering
  • Ensuring compliance in documentation, breakdown code management
  • Coordinating the work management processes and ensuring work management hygiene
  • Lead the daily department meeting
  • Able to provide a proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
  • Develop strong safety leadership skills under the guidance of the supervisor 
  • Undertaking acting duties when the supervisor is absent and liaising with other departments in a professional manner for best business outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • A current driver’s license
  • Relevant trade qualification, with strong and demonstrated knowledge of MEM equipment, breakdown management experience
  • Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members
  • An uncompromising positive safety attitude 
  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
  • Be highly self-motivated and being able to demonstrate a history of continuous improvement
