We are looking for motivated Coordinators - Mobile Equipment Maintenance to join and support our MEM teams at Brockman 4.
This role presents a great opportunity to a motivated individual who is looking for support to further grow their career. You will undertake a range of support activities to assist the Supervisor’s and enable them to lead the team in a safe and efficient manner.
You’ll be a part of a friendly team, supported by your supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work 8 days on; 6 days off / 7 nights on; 7 nights off roster which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the MEM Supervisor, you will also:
Support the MEM Supervisor in their day-to-day activities
Coordinate breakdown workloads including critical parts ordering
Ensure compliance in documentation, breakdown code management
Coordinate the work management processes and ensure work management hygiene
Lead the daily department meeting
Provide a proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
Develop strong safety leadership skills under the guidance of the supervisor
What you’ll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
A current 'C Class driver’s license
Work management experience is highly advantageous
Proficiency in SAP
Relevant Trade Qualification or working knowledge of HME equipment, breakdown management experience is highly recognised, preferably CAT equipment
Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
Strong communication skills and be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
Be highly self-motivated and being able to demonstrate a history of continuous improvement

Where you’ll be working
Brockman 4 Operations is located on the lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama and Pinikura and Muntulgura Guruma Peoples in the eastern Pilbara, approximately 60 kilometres from Tom Price. Originally part of Greater Brockman, operations began in 2010 for the Brockman 4 deposit.
Brockman 4 moves approximately 150 million tonnes of material per year. There are 3 villages that are part of the operations, Brockman 4, West Pilbara and Nammuldi Village.
With a FIFO workforce of around 850, our team commutes from Perth, Geraldton, Albany and Busselton.
