The Role
A vacancy currently exists for a skilled and experienced Coordinator - Reliability to join our team within the Mobile Maintenance department.
Reporting to the Senior - Asset Management, you will work closely with leading hands, supervisors and their crews to coordinate and support maintenance activities for the Mobile Maintenance Team. This position will be offered on a 5:2, 4:3 roster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the management of incidents and investigations in a timely manner, perform observations of the workforce and work environment and ensure compliance with site health and safety policies, standards and procedures
- Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to the execution and operational teams
- Responsible for developing a positive team culture in line with Glencore values
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to policies, standards and procedures for the Asset Management team
- Governance/implementation over Asset Management Framework processes
- Analysis and reporting of asset data (Downtime, condition monitoring, WO History, Costs, performance/process) and identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate RCFA of critical failures, identifying innovative solutions and monitoring action completion
- Development and updating of Asset Management Plans
- Governance over Maintenance Strategies
- Provide analysis and recommendation of spares requirements
- Maintain/update the EAM system asset data and system generated maintenance tasks
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years post Trade Diesel Fitting experience preferably in an underground hard rock mining environment or engineering and project delivery experience and or maintenance engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively complete document control activities
- Demonstrated understanding of mineral processing systems, processes, and their interrelationships (including maintenance systems, e.g. SAP)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Knowledge of and experience in budgeting processes
- Basic level Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, safety systems and legislative requirements for Mining
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous improvement
