About the Role
The Execution Coordinator works closely with the Execution Supervisors and Structural Engineers to ensure that remediation execution is scheduled, scoped, planned and executed effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with the quality management requirements.
You will also have responsibilities for:
- Manage SAP Main Work Centre to prioritise and plan all incoming remediation work
- Carry out all SAP Work Management activities including the creation, closeout and rescheduling of work orders and providing feedback to Superintendent if Work Management Metrics do not meet target
- Group defects and create defect map for remediation based on priorities and in accordance with AIM BLD
- Lead and participate in relevant walkthroughs when planning execution activities in the field
- Partnering with Execution Supervisors and Execution Contractors to prepare Work Scopes including timelines and resourcing requirements
- Coordinating and arranging supporting contractors for works such as cleaning, scaffolding, cranes
- Reconcile and close work in all system once task is completed
- Identify and assess risk and make risk informed decisions using BHP's risk management framework
- Adherence to the Shut Management Framework

In addition to this you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Prior management of SIMS / AIM or maintenance activities
- Proficient in computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple software packages
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication
- Trade qualified or a qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
- High regard for safety ensuring BHP’s safety measures are adhered
