Work Location: Cloudbreak
Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.
Roster: 7D,7N,14R - FIFO ex Perth or Busselton
Reporting to the Services Supervisor the Crane Operator is responsible for assisting maintenance teams in line with the scheduled plan as well as providing breakdown and break in support based on priorities.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensure high quality safety and continuous improvement practices
- Carry out planned and routine fixed plant mechanical maintenance activities
- Assist in carrying out planned and routine maintenance activities
Qualifications and skills required:
- WA Class HR Driver's License
- Open Crane HRWL
- Non-Slewing Crane HRWL
- Basic Rigging HRWL
- Proven current experience in operating LTMs
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a strong team environment
- Communication and interpersonal skills
