Metal Products – Metal Delivery Operations has a vacancy for a Shift Crew Leader and we are seeking expressions of interest from internal and external candidates.
This role is vital to the success of our team, some key responsibilities of the role include:

- Lead and develop team members to achieve a safe stable operation and set the next shift up for success consistently

About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A strong SPS leadership style.
- Excellent communication skills via all mediums with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes across multiple work fronts.
- The ability to both lead and work within a team environment, adding value through highly effective relationship management.
- The ability to navigate challenging conversations to reach resolution.
- Sound level of numeracy, literacy and computing skills.
