We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic people person to contribute to the development and delivery of Fortescue’s Cyber Education and Awareness Program.

The primary focus of the role is to improve Fortescue’s cyber culture by educating the Fortescue Family on cyber safe behaviour and at the same time reduce our cyber risk.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved in a progressive cyber team where no prior cyber knowledge or experience is required. It would suit someone who is interested in stakeholder engagement, organisational change and behavioural analytics and is looking to start a new career in cyber security.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating the Cyber Safety Intranet
• Increasing engagement on Yammer by publishing interesting content
• Supporting the team to deliver on cyber security objectives
• Creating targeting phishing campaigns and reporting metrics
• Creating and delivering engagement outreach activities
• Delivering Cyber briefings to general users of technology
• Fostering relationships with strategic partners and very attacked persons to improve cyber hygiene across the group and support deeper collaboration between the business and the cyber function
• Assist in developing and improving communication channels and service touch points with cyber security customers to increase engagement, and improve service delivery levels and outcomes
• Contribute to the rollout of cyber security changes that impact end users/customers, when required
• Contribute to incident management communications, when required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced Microsoft Office – analysing data using Excel, presenting information in PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining online content – including Yammer and SharePoint
• Knowledge of ProofPoint or other phishing simulation tools
• Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate
• Reporting – using PowerBI or Tableau
• A basic understanding of cyber risks, personal technology risks and the importance of good cyber hygiene
• Skills in developing and presenting information targeted at different target stakeholder groups
• The ability to deliver complex messages in a simple, clear, and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Being able to take initiative to organise and encourage cyber outreach programs
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts and share these with others at all levels of the business
