Reporting to the Program Lead – Data Integration, you will develop data and analytics insights that drive business outcomes for the West Musgrave Project team.
In this role you will develop insights for the current pipeline of work, with several key systems already implemented in alignment with West Musgrave’s Digital Vision.
Leaving hierarchy at the door, you will play a key role in developing relationships and collaborating with different teams at West Musgrave, including Operation Readiness to ensure a smooth and quality handover.
You will also support the development of a long-term Data Driven culture and strategy serving West Musgrave / Nickel West.

About You
- An experienced Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or similar professional with exposure to designing and implementing Descriptive Analytics projects.
- Demonstrated experience is a data visualisation technology such as Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience guiding and coaching other team members and the ability to influence at all levels and develop trustworthy relationships.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of developing reports, analytics, and insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data profiling techniques.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholder to understand data and analytics requirements.
- Defines and structures business problems to understand what can be addressed using analytics, designs analytics solutions and accesses and cleans data to prepare it for the analysis process.
- Develops and communicates insights that guide data driven action and decision making.
- Integrate multiple data sources to develop actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Strong experience leading analytics professionals by coaching best practice, building team capabilities, providing regular feedback and supporting individual development.
- Maintain existing reports and analytics ensuring they are fit for purpose, by monitoring data quality and accuracy.
- Facilitate stakeholder usage of reports and analytics through workshops, training, and ad-hoc presentations.
- Support the growth of a data driven culture across West Musgrave, increasing the maturity of data literacy and awareness.
