About the Role
As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and drive strategic decision-making. You will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to help drive business decisions and optimize our operations
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions that meet those needs.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to provide insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand and use data effectively.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and accuracy across multiple data sources and systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our data infrastructure, tools, and processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a data engineering, software engineering or data analysis role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, R and C#.
- Experience working with Azure Data Lake and Synapse Analytics Workspaces.
- Experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
