We are looking for a Data Design Lead to be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of data solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Data Governance & Architecture and working in a collaborative community, your key responsibilities will be:
Data strategy & architecture: Validate, define and implement scalable and efficient data architecture strategies that support the company’s Modern ERP program goals
Data transformation: Oversee data transformation scope and lead the team of business domain SMEs and specialists
Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team
Data governance: Support data governance practices
Solution design: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design and develop end-to-end data solutions
Delivery management: responsible for providing consulting oversight of the data deployment, and post-implementation support

What you’ll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
10+ years of experience in data management, engineering or analytics
Proven track record in leading data solution delivery in large-scale organisations
Strong experience with data governance, architecture design, and data lifecycle management
Previous experience working in an agile environment and leading data-driven projects
Expertise in data architecture, cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse technologies
Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, data warehousing concepts, including SAP BW/BW4HANA and BI tools
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages relevant to data engineering
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
