About the Role

Working as part of the Autonomous Haulage Project team, the Delivery Specialist is a key role in integrating the Project with the site operations teams. This role will work with multiple internal stakeholders and a range of external vendors to deliver the work packages. Key responsibilities of the role include: •    Communication and building relationships with key stakeholders to embed / adjust process to support the Project throughout each stage of the deployment. •    Development of new maintenance and operating procedures using standardised work methodology. •    Development of Autonomous Haulage System maintenance process for mobile equipment.  •    Develop solutions and validate actions based on Risk Assessments •    Support the change process through engagement operational and technology teams to update the site operating model. •    Develop and validate site-based reports for different stages of project deployment.

Location This role is site based at South Flank Mine Site. While at work you will be staying at the Mulla Mulla Village on a 5D2X 4DX3 roster or a variation of. 

About You

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with effective communication skills and recent experience within Maintenance and/or Continuous Improvement roles.  Your experience includes: •    Experience in managing minor projects or improvement initiatives, with an understanding of Continuous Improvement principles (LEAN, Six Sigma). •    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a range of teams and levels of the organisation. •    Superior written communication and document creation skills.  •    Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). •    Detail-focused with proven time management and organisational skills. •    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively drive Win Win outcomes.
