Enable the Demand Planning Process end to end through the governance of the process, connecting Maintenance Teams, MECoE Strategy, MECoE Planning, WILP, Procurement, GBS and Suppliers.
Facilitating value-based conversations to ensure the improvement of forecast accuracy in the Consumption Demand Forecast and Procurement Demand Forecast, to increase our customer’s experience through parts availability and Lead time adherence improvements, cost benefits and working capital optimisation.
Lead process improvements through BOS and follow up the delivery of the actions to close gaps for the demand planning process.

About You
- Previous experience in project management, including influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Previous experience in roles across Inbound Supply, Inventory, Maintenance Team and/or MECoE.
- Track record of identifying, framing and implementing improvement opportunities across teams
- Deep understanding of Asset requirements and commercial value drivers
- Strong analytical skills and risk awareness.
- Project planning and execution skills to enable identification and prioritization of critical work.
- Ability to build trustful relationships and communication effectively across multiple levels.
- Experienced in engaging effectively with and influencing senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Evidence high level of supply chain and business acumen
- Experience in Maintenance and Supply SAP systems and processes (Work Management, Inventory, Procurement)
- Experienced in facilitation of Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving sessions.
- Experienced in the use of Power BI, Spotfire, MS Teams and Excel
