Work Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.
Roster: 8D/6R – Site based FIFO from Perth, or DIDO from Port Hedland
Our Iron Bridge team is looking for an experienced site administrator to join the team on a 8/6 roster. The successful candidate will have previous site administration experience and be the first point of call regarding flights, accommodation, visitor mobilisation and accounts payable.
Key responsibilities include:
- High level, professional and efficient administration skills and willingness to learn and can-do attitude
- Efficient, proactive, and excellent time management skills, manages priorities and adapts to changing and complex priorities and time frames
- Booking travel and accommodation for site departments including visitor mobilisation, purchasing, accounts payable, on boarding new starters, leave management, maintaining rosters, reporting, auditing, general administration duties
- Assist with events and VIP visits
- Liaising with site departments and external contractors
Qualification and Experience:
- Business Administration qualification or relevant industry experience and previous purchasing and invoicing experience
- Previous travel accommodation booking experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to continuously prioritise workload
- SAP experience preferable, however not necessary
