About the role

Reporting to the Manager Operations our Resources Development team are looking for a highly efficient and organised Department Secretary, responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to Manager Operations and wider management team:
    • Calendar management
    • Travel arrangements
    • Credit card reconciliations
    • Meeting preparation and action taking
    • Presentation support
  • Working effectively with other administrative roles to ensure efficient and effective operation and communications within the division.
  • Co-ordinate site-wide events such as Family Days, Service Awards, and other Manager-led events both onsite and offsite
  • Stakeholder engagement with internal and external business partners

About you

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience providing administrative and secretarial support up to an executive level and demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to problem solve, prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Certificate in business administration or similar whilst not essential, will be well-regarded
