About the role
We are searching for a Developer to join our inclusive team within Technical Services & Assurance – Production Systems. In this role, you will have the chance to:

Responsibilities
The Software Developer will be an integral part of a Scrum team, responsible for the analysis of requirements, system design, production development and operational support of the Aluminium Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Design, develop, test, deploy, and migrate new features for products.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Take part in all application development lifecycle phases.
Actively participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving the codebase.
Collaborate with the broader Production Systems team and other relevant business stakeholders.
Participate in architectural, design and product/process discussions.
About you
Essential
Bachelor’s degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification: Bachelor of IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
.NET Framework/CORE development.
Database integration and development (Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, MSSQL, SQL).
Knowledge in: C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, WCF, automated unit testing, WinForms basic and Asp.net.
Knowledge in MVC, Ado.Net, SOAP, REST, XML, Log4Net, Azure DevOps.
Understanding of RESTful principles.
Unit/integration/system testing.
Strong knowledge of principles and patterns (SOLID, dependency injection), quality standards.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in an Agile processes, including estimation and planning.
Desirable
Full stack profile: backend and frontend skills.
Windows Service Development.
CI/CD Pipeline experience.
