Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Development Engineer, the Development Mechanical Coordinator will assist to effectively manage the development plant in a safe and efficient manner so the process operates safely and productively to deliver business targets.

• Implementation of effective mechanical maintenance systems to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
• Management of day to day tasks and Development of shift mechanical trades.
• Monitor compliance of all development mechanical equipment.
• Works effectively to achieve team KPI’s.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Mechanical Trade Qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• SAP maintenance system experience (Desired).
• High level knowledge of mechanical aspects associated with operation, maintenance and overhaul of modern mining equipment.
