Emeco will be at Diesel, Dirt and Turf, Eastern Creek NSW from Friday 21 April to Sunday 23 April, Come and have a face to face chat with our recruiters and maintenance team!

We are currently seeking to employ Site Supervisors, Leading Hands, Heavy Diesel Technicians, Field Service Technicians and Auto Electrical tradesperson to join the Emeco team across NSW.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Ongoing maintenance and service of Emeco Equipment and Machines
  • Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets
  • Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
  • Working with Emeco customers to meet company objectives.

What we are looking for

  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • Proven site-based leadership/supervisory maintenance experience.
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication for developing effective relationships and team atmosphere.
  • The ability to assess mechanical works coming into the workshop for maintenance, diagnose faults and prepare a detailed scope of work.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and financial budgets in a safe manner.

Requirements

  • Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification- LV, HV, Plant, Diesel or Auto Electrical
  • Experience working on a range of machines including Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi would be beneficial but not essential 
  • Valid Drivers license
