About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated team members to join our Yandi Operations Load & Haul Crews specifically requiring skilled Excavator & Dozer Operators. Reporting to the Mining Production Supervisor within the Mining Production team your duties would include:  

• Mobile Equipment Operation as per operational needs • Complete daily pre-starts on equipment and inspection of your work area • Implementation and compliance with Traffic Management standards and procedures • Monitor performance of equipment and compliance with mine operating procedures through inspections • Positively influence and shape the culture to ensure a safe, productive, sustainable and disciplined approach to work  

   About You

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

•    Minimum 12 months’ experience operating 200+ tonne Excavators or D10 Dozers in a mining production environment •    Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong communications skills •    Be willing to coach and mentor New to Industry truck drivers •    Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug screen •    Provide national police check within 12 months  •    Hold an unrestricted C Class Driver’s license
