Role Purpose
This role supports the delivery of the Maintenance Domain’s Integrated Roadmap by ensuring alignment with Digital standards, investment frameworks, and delivery practices. It is designed for a high-performing individual who thrives on solving complex problems and driving impactful change. The role supports consistent and structured delivery across projects by combining project management discipline with change management expertise to drive adoption, strengthen process design, and build governance maturity across the portfolio. Ultimately, it works across the portfolio to build quality, reduce risk, and enable smarter, more consistent delivery of change and process development.
About the Role
- Drive integration of digital maintenance initiatives into core processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and consistent process governance.
- Translate business needs into scalable process designs that support future system architecture and efficient delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to validate process flows, encourage collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that support user adoption through clear documentation, training, and communication.
- Collaborate with testing and change teams to ensure processes are aligned with solution design, testable, and user-friendly.
- Coordinate across stakeholders and leadership to manage risks, align plans, and support successful delivery through strong engagement and support.
About You

- Experience integrating digital initiatives into enterprise processes, with familiarity in tools like SAP, Signavio, and exposure to industrial or asset-intensive environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in Signavio or similar process modelling platforms.
- Practical understanding of change management methodologies and tools, e.g. ADKAR
- Familiarity with SAP, maintenance work management systems, and digital tools used in industrial environments.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, business, communications, or related field preferred
