Roster: Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development with key strategic partners and customers.
- Develop networks and strategic partnerships in the US.
- Develop and implement partnerships aligned with FFI’s business model and strategic plans
- Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships for broader impact.
- Develop and implement strategies that lead to achieving sales goals and revenue targets, while addressing potential challenges and improvement areas.
- Lead sales activities, including deal structuring, execution, and delivery with our key accounts.
- Manage a team of Account Managers in support of FFI’s strategic partnership’s business goals.
- Drive a relationship management program to support commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships and sales.
- Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement and development of strategic partnerships.
- Promote FFI’s business initiatives to new audiences and partners.
- Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities and partner agreements.
- Deliver professional sales presentations to potential partner organizations with the ability to persuade and close business.
- Manage timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships and management activities.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred
- 10 years of experience in strategic sales or business development (client facing roles)
- Proven ability to find strategic partnerships that have led to increased revenue and contracts
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives
- Strong analytic (financial, planning, operational) and project management skills
- Demonstrated success in a similar role and previous experience cultivating new and existing partnerships.
- Previous experience a people leader, developing talent and managing highly successful teams.
- Experience working as part of a senior management team and leading organizational strategy.
- Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
