About the role: 

We are currently seeking an experienced Dragline Production Operators to join our Coppabella mine site.  Our Coppabella Moorvale joint Venture complex consists of two open-cut mine operations located approximately 140 kilometers southwest of Mackay that produce premium low-volatile pulverised coal (LV-PCI) for export markets.

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role will be responsible for Dragline operations to ensure production targets are met and exceeded while ensuring safe and effective production practices are strictly adhered to.  

Duties will include:

• Strong commitment to safety as a way of life
• 2+ years’ experience operating draglines
• Ability to meet and exceed set targets
• An effective team player

The lifestyle:

This position is offered on a 7/7 day/night roster on 12-hour shifts and can allow residential, DIDO or FIFO lifestyle.
