About the Role
Caval Ridge Mine are currently recruiting passionate individuals into permanent roles for Dragline Operators. We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational team either now or in the near future. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive mine site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.
Roles will be Fly-in-Fly-Out & Drive-In-Drive-Out based at BMA’s Caval Ridge Mine Site, near Moranbah, Central Queensland on a 7/7 Roster.
- A strong commitment to ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace
- Maintaining high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance for mine working procedures
- Working cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targets

About you
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Current Dragline Operating experience with significant open-cut mining experience
- A current Black Coal competency in conducting Dragline and Dozer operations
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence
- Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operations
- Minimum C Class Driver’s licence
- Passion for continuous improvement to drive individual and team performance
