We are looking for experienced Drill Fitters & Digger Fitters who will be responsible for carrying out inspections, scheduled and breakdown maintenance to our extensive fleet.
Reporting to the Mobile Equipment Supervisor you will be required to:
· Maintain a high level of safety awareness and comply with all RTIO Company Policies and procedures
· Conduct routine inspections of the drill / digger fleet and determine repair action when required
· Utilise SAP to ensure that maintenance tasks are recorded, assigned correctly and completed to the relevant standard / specification
· Ensure that maintenance standards are kept at a high quality
· Identify opportunities for improvement in the equipment or work procedures
What do you need to have? To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
· Heavy-Duty Fitter Trade qualification
· Solid history in surface mining
· Excellent diagnostic fault-finding abilities
· Good understanding of SAP maintenance systems or similar highly regarded
· An Australian C Class manual drivers’ licence or higher
· High Risk Licences – Elevated Work Platform, EWP, Forklift,
