East Coast & New Zealand Domestic Sales Manager
Work Location: Brisbane / Sydney / Melbourne
Roster: Monday to Friday
This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business.Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for a highly motivated Sales Manager to be responsible for execution of green energy and decarbonisation product/solutions marketing and sales within the Australia East and New Zealand Region.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the development of the marketing and sales strategy and execution
- Work with business development, project, asset, technology and logistics teams in the development of green energy and decarbonisation products and solutions that create value to customers
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing customers within the Australia East and New Zealand Region
- Lead the negotiation and ongoing management of contracts of sale & supply
- Support the preparation of market analysis
Qualifications and skills required:
- Deep experience in building and leading marketing and sales teams (10+ years' experience)
- Experience in the creation of green energy and decarbonisation products and solutions for customers
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Contract negotiation and implementation skills
- Solid understanding of energy markets; including green energy
- Excellent market analysis and intelligence
- Relationship management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, conflict management & resolution skills
- Resilience & open mindedness
