About the Role
As the Electrical Engineer you will report to the Lead Electrical Engineer. This position is based in Perth on a 12 month fixed term contract with the NPI & WAIO Maintenance Engineering GTS.
Responsibilities include:
- Adherence to Engineering Core Processes
- Technical support to NPI & WAIO Maintenance operations (HV & Power, Water, CAV, PRC)
- Technical support to CAPEX work delivered by NPI & WAIO Maintenance Engineering Projects team
- Blueprint verification and remediation
- Management of changes applicable to NPI & WAIO Maintenance operations
About You
As the successful applicant you will possess the following:
- Be a qualified Electrical Engineer
- Have experience with LV and HV power systems
- Be able to demonstrate good understanding of key aspects of Electrical Engineering
- Be familiar with power systems modelling software (PowerFactory)
- Demonstrate familiarity with WAIO specifications and standards
- Demonstrate good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Be able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Be familiar with 1SAP
