About the role  

We are seeking Electrical Maintainers who are interested in joining the Port Maintenance and Operations teams across either our Cape Lambert or Dampier Operations. 

Our port facilities consist of three shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.

You’ll be part of a friendly and high performing team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work a residential roster which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. 

Working a residential roster and reporting to the Supervisor Electrical, the role will require you to:

  • Ensure that the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner at all times

  • Enable 24/7 operations of our Ports ensuring sufficient capacity to maintain safe and reliable operation through reactive and proactive maintenace of our electrical assets.

  • Ensuring the requirements of electrical statutory compliance

  • Communicating and interacting with multiple trades and work groups

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant trade qualification and WA electrical licence

  • A Manual C-class Australian driver’s licence (HR desirable)
