Employee Relations Officer
Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday – Friday
Fortescue is seeking a team-player to provide practice management support to Fortescue’s growing Employee Relations team. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, a knowledge of industrial relations and / or human resources, and a commitment to delivering quality ER and IR services to the business.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Managing the right of entry process, including managing the right of entry email inbox and liaising with site personnel regarding logistical arrangements.
- Assisting with the contractor/vendor selection process by completing high level reviews of employee relations documents and working within the contractor management system.
- Performing quality control over case management data, including working with site personnel and team members regarding data entry. A knowledge of the ServiceNow system would be advantageous.
- Assisting to gather in data and generate reports of employee relations matters.
- Arranging meetings, assisting with finance tasks and other practice management functions.

- Commitment to providing support to the team and service to the business generally
- Strong focus on customer service and delivery
